Family Guy clip show interviews Family Guy haters

Today I watched a great Family Guy clip show special hosted by Seth MacFarlane.  He showed some of the best clips from the episodes all packed one after another into an hour long treat for my senses.

Also, Seth did a creative thing for his clip show.  He personally interviewed people who dislike Family Guy. It was so great!

He asked the interviewees if they would recommend the show to friends.  One guy said that he would never recommend it to his friends, the people who like it are drug addicts, losers, unemployed, etc.  He also mentioned that if the Bible legend Jesus were here, not only would he disapprove of the show, but if in charge of the broadcasting company, Fox, Jesus would cancel the show (this guy is a tool). A lady he interviewed mentioned that she wouldn’t want people from other countries seeing the show as a reflection on what American Culture is really like. As Seth mentioned, Family Guy is a mirror held up in front of American’s faces through TV.  It is a reflection of our popular culture. References of movies, celebrities, politicians, and events in America are shown to us and we either say, “Oh, I get that.  I know exactly what they’re talking about.” or we just don’t get it. The people he interviewed for that clip show don’t get it (suck at life).

I can’t find the special on YouTube or even a clip of one of the interviews.  If someone does, please send me the link so I can share it with everyone.
