George Bush Poop-Flags

Someone or some people over in Germany have been marking piles of dog crap in parks with little yellow flags with President George Bush’s face on them.
For some reason the German police have been trying to track these folks down. I’m not sure whether it’s to slap their hands for contributing to litter or to congratulate them.
Either way, it’s a funny story.
