Personally, I think marriage should be banned across the board in favor of domestic partnerships.  Marriage is more of a religious institution and should be between people and their own psychotic religious beliefs.

But, this is definitely the next best thing.  The California Supreme Court ruled that, “limiting the designation of marriage to a ‘union between a man and a woman’ is unconstitutional, and that the remaining statutory language must be understood as making the designation of marriage available to both opposite-sex and same-sex couples.” Score one for gays and rationals everywhere!

Now gays are one step closer to being able to destroy their lives and their relationships through the ideals of marriage and divorce in California.
