Man, well first, a little background.
I started working out a year ago and now I’m on a great workout schedule that I started 6 months ago. If you are looking for a great way to sculpt your body with diet and excercise I recommend a book called, The Body Sculpting Bible for Men by James Villepigue and Hugo Rivera. It totally works. I’m about 5′11″ and used to weigh about 135, now.. 6 months later I weigh 160. All lean muscle with a very healthy diet.
Anyway, I go to a gym here in Modesto, and sometimes I find it extremely difficult to focus on my workouts. There are A LOT of hot guys who work out there. Some of them are great for inspiration, most of them I want to …. I’ll spare you the details.
The more I work out, the better I am at focusing, but it’s starting to reach a tipping point where I feel more confident, so now I am “looking” a bit more which, I think might be a little inappropriate for the gym I go to.
