Sears repair service = mental defectives

For fuck’s sake, I miss one call from Sears repairmen this morning, call right back, wait through their 20-minute holding and transferring process, and now have to reschedule. I’m sure there is some fee associated with that too.
Fuck off Sears! I’m going with a local repair shop to fix my washer and you’re not getting a dime of my money. I hope you go into bankruptcy again for shitty customer service.
Update: I just called a local repair center, H&H Maytag Home Appliance Center, and they were able to get me an appointment this afternoon. Sit on it and rotate Sears.
